Long ruffle layered skirt is great with a tee shirt or tank top. The ruffles can be in the front or the back. DRAMATIC wedding skirt The edge is raw for a funky look and the fabric is doubled for a full look. It is my new design which I really love. The fabric is cotton lycra(spandex).
